Who we are

Hamingcs, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, runs this website. For anything about your data, write to info@hamingcs.com.

What we collect

• Messages you send us. If you email info@hamingcs.com or use the "Start a conversation" buttons, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write.
• Technical data. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which keeps ordinary server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) under its own privacy statement. The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising scripts.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to scope work you ask about, and to keep the site working. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Our email provider, Zoho Mail, processes messages sent to our address. GitHub hosts the site. The site links to Substack and YouTube, and a video loads from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) only after you click play; those services have their own privacy terms and we do not control them.

How long we keep it

Business correspondence is kept for as long as we work together and for 24 months afterwards, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to info@hamingcs.com. We will answer within 30 days.

Customers of QA Agents Cloud

This notice covers the website only. Data processed inside a customer's own installation is covered by the agreement and data-handling documents signed with that customer.
